Please join with the school council in sharing the ‘spirit of giving’ this Christmas season. The goal of the JD Giving Tree is to support families who need our help by providing them with gifts and a Christmas meal to make their holiday special.
You can help by sending in a donation to help our families before December 6, 2013. Please consider children of all ages, as well as parents. Some potential donations include:
- toys for babies, boys, and girls (different ages)
- DVDs or CDs
- Gift cards for grocery stores
- books or magazines
- batteries for toys
- toiletries
- board games
- gift cards for Walmart or department stores
- hats, scarves, mittens, gloves
- arts and crafts kits
- diapers
- gift card for a movie or dinner out
