Darlingfest

We are getting very excited about John Darling’s Fun Fair “Darlingfest”, happening this coming Thursday, May 31st from 4:30-7:30 p. m.

There will be many games, 4 food trucks, and ‘Lucky Loonie’ draws. Don’t forget to bring your lawn chairs and blankets to enjoy a picnic dinner with your family. Food trucks will accept cash, debit and credit.

Cob’s Bread

Our new partnership with Cob’s Bread has begun. At time of purchase in the bakery, Cob’s will give back 10% of sales to anyone who says they belong to John Darling School. This offer is for John Darling students and their immediate family members only. (Sorry, not grandparents, friends and relatives.)

June 7, 2018.

The provincial election will be taking place on Thursday, June 7, 2018. John Darling is being used as a polling location. Please note that there may be an increase in traffic this day, and as a result parking around the school may be difficult. Please keep this in mind when planning your travel to the school on June 7.

Student Safety–Parking Lot

Student safety in our first priority. Just a reminder that there is no parking or student drop-off after 8:30 a. m. or before 3:30 p. m. in the school parking lot. We have had several incidents where student safety has been in jeopardy, due to parents entering the lot near bell time.
