It has been my sincere pleasure to have been principal at John Darling P.S. since Sept. 19^th of this year in Ms. McKenzie’s absence.

As a retired administrator, I will have maximized my allowable working days for this school year as of Dec. 23^rd.  As Ms. McKenzie will be continuing on her medical leave in the New Year, Ms. Carole Ann Ogilvie will be the incoming Interim Principal at John Darling P.S. beginning January 9^th, 2017.  Ms. Ogilvie is a retired, seasoned principal and is looking forward to being at John Darling P.S.  To ensure as seamless a transition as possible, I will be meeting with Ms. Ogilvie over the Holidays.

I leave John Darling P.S. with a wealth of fond memories of a most professional and caring staff, a well-mannered student body, and a caring and welcoming parent community.

My best wishes for a most happy and restful holiday, and a most successful new year.
